Anders Schonberg

Anders Schonberg

Founder & CEO

Anders is a four-time founder who started out in finance and soon realised he wanted to build companies, not just analyse them. That instinct has taken him through businesses in mobile technology, social media analytics, e-commerce and now AI.

He got serious about software through Harvard’s CS50 curriculum, where he built a simple AI that taught itself to play a game better than he could. That was the moment AI became real for him. He later built a small transformer model to understand modern language models from the ground up.

Anders believes AI should make people clearer, more focused and more effective, not simply busier. At Plansom he’s tackling the hard part: turning ambition, effort and good ideas into real progress.

Chloe Schonberg

Chloe Schonberg

Co-founder & COO

Chloe is a two-time founder with more than 20 years of experience working with teams around the world across HR, operations, strategy and growth, from the BBC to Hollywood and throughout the tech sector.

As a non-technical founder, she has spent her career helping organisations navigate growth and change, and kept seeing the same challenge: talented people working hard, but losing focus as complexity grew. The best companies felt simpler. That insight became Plansom.

Chloe oversees operations and makes sure that thinking runs through every part of the product, because most teams aren’t short on effort. They’re short on clarity.

    Patrick Scully

    Non-Executive Director

    Patrick brings over 25 years of experience as a business leader, having played pivotal roles in scaling operations within the software, technology and media sectors.

    He currently serves as Vice President of APJ & EMEA Commercial Finance & Operations at Coupa Software, where he drives revenue growth, optimises the P&L and improves operational efficiency across international markets. His expertise spans commercial strategy, structure, scaling and international business expansion.

  • Eric Paulak

    Eric Paulak

    Non-Executive Director

    Eric is a seasoned business leader with almost 40 years of experience, 28 of them at Gartner, where he held executive leadership roles including Senior Vice President leading global client interaction services.

    He led global teams providing research and advisory services to senior IT leaders and technical professionals. Eric also spent 23 years in the United States Army Reserve, leading logistics and public affairs operations. His expertise spans IP development, global operations and emerging technologies.

  • Joe Waby

    Joe Waby

    Non-Executive Director

    Joe is an entrepreneur and researcher with 20 years of experience in healthcare and market intelligence.

    He founded and scaled Global Perspectives, a 50-person patient recruitment and insights firm acquired by IQVIA in 2022. He brings expertise in data-driven research, commercial strategy and AI productivity applications, and invests in companies using technology to change the future for the better.

  • Holger Erchinger

    Holger Erchinger

    Non-Executive Director

    Holger is a retired KPMG LLP New York audit and advisory partner who spent 32 years with KPMG in offices and leadership roles across the globe.

    In the United States he served as Head of International Activities in KPMG’s U.S. National Office in New York, as SEC Reviewing Partner, on KPMG’s Global IFRS Panel, and as Partner in Charge of the cross-functional US–Germany Corridor Business. He advised some of KPMG’s largest global clients on complex U.S. capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, debt and exempt offerings, cross-border M&A and SEC reporting. Holger also serves as Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair of Hemera Holdings Inc., on the Board of 1014 – Space of Ideas Inc. and on various advisory boards.
